Cancellation Policy
At Mirabella Aesthetics, I value the time and care dedicated to each guest experience. Please provide 36 hours notice for any cancellation or changes.
Cancellations made within the 36 hour or any no shows will be charged 50% of their service total. Arriving 15 min late will be considered a no show to maintain the flow of the day and honor scheduled guests.
We politely ask that all new clients place a $50 deposit when booking. Deposits are non refundable but may be transferred one time if your appointment is rescheduled with at least 36 hour’s notice. Gift card clients may be rescheduled once with at least 36 hour’s notice. If you need to reschedule a second time, a $50 deposit will be required to hold the new appointment.
If you’re feeling unwell or face unforeseen circumstances within the 36 hour window, the cancellation fee will still apply. However, with approval, it may be credited toward a one-time rescheduled appointment within 2 weeks.
